Alteryx inside ownership

Kevin,

When you can’t find a DEF-14 you can look for a recent registration statement and prospectus
to establish your base.

For Alteryx:

https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1689923/000119312517…

https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1689923/000119312517…

Then try to find the most recent Form 4 or SC 13G for Mr. S at the SEC site:

https://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?action=getcompany&a…

Open up the most recent Form 4 for him and next to his name you’ll see a CIK number. If you click
on that number it will give you all his recent filings:

https://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?CIK=0001699950&…

The most recent 13G will give you an updated snapshot from the previous S-1 registration base,
and any Form 4s after the most recent 13G will bring you up to date.

Remember to look for any entities your insider is associated with…for example, Mr. S
is a general partner of DBRA Limited Partnership, which owns shares. You have to sort out
what shares he owns directly and what shares he owns through DBRA.
