$10 Billion Childcare Funding Freeze by Trump Administration

This week, the California AG filed his 53rd lawsuit against the Trump administration in under a year — this time to stop the illegal freezing of more than $10 billion in childcare funding.

This funding freeze was imposed on five blue states: California, New York, Colorado, Illinois, and Minnesota. There is no evidence to justify targeting California — these funds help low-income families afford child care so parents can work or go to school. To needlessly deprive them of this much-needed support is plain cruel.

Most American people are sick and tired of President Trump’s lawlessness, lies, and misinformation campaigns.
