Long, long ago, when I first started working, I saved my money in money market funds and used to feel so good about receiving 5% interest (of course always hated paying tax on that interest). Now 2 yr treasuries are at 5%+. Now, we have 20Yr, 30Yr are at 4% handle, if they get to 5%+ ( I don’t know they will ), some of my IRA money goes to treasuries.
