The $180M revenue surge was due to the acquisition of QC Capital. That revenue has almost zero gross margin:

From Robo.ai’s H1‑2026 report:

  • QC Capital contributed US$54.4 million in net revenue from June 15–30, 2026 (16 days).
  • Robo.ai’s consolidated gross profit for H1 was only US$0.2 million on US$55.1 million revenue, implying a ~0.36% gross margin for the period. Since almost all of that revenue was QC Capital and gross profit was tiny, QC Capital’s revenue recognized in that window carried near‑zero gross margin at the consolidated level.

The immediate revenue realization significantly de‑risks the transition phase and provides capital to fund further R&D in AI.

Um no, this new revenue doesn’t generate any cash flow so this statement is flat out wrong.

Haven’t looked into Neurovia but I’m already not interested.
