Interesting comparison of $2+ MM homes in New York and Connecticut.

$2.2MM, 4,550 SF home in Greenwich, CT, taxes $10,212/yr

$2.5MM, 5,000 SF home in Dobbs Ferry, NY, taxes $57,077/yr
