Yep the bars up Alaska have plugs in front of the bars just like they used to have Hitching rails for horses.

Retail in general has plug-ins for block heaters. Apartment buildings do too. Not every place of course, but it is very common. That’s why I’m a big proponent of dumb, level 2 charging. We already have examples where electricity is commonly provided in vehicle parking areas. It isn’t that big of a hurdle.
