Maddof went to prison. But he went because he hurt other rich people. The smart billionaires only hurt the little guy because that doesn’t get you prosecuted here.

Bernie went to prison because he stole his clients’ money and was turned in by his own children. There are a lot of very successful people doing a ton of good, both within their businesses and privately with their wealth to give back.
Warren B. alone is giving away nearly $140 Billion over the next 8 years.
Musk gave in a single donation nearly $280 million just to help make America great again, Part II and lit $43 Billion on fire to preserve the digital public square.

About as well as I thought it would. It was this or that cackling word salad, neither were very good solutions. It’s really just a delay of the rise of the DSA overtaking the Democratic party. Gridlock has become the optimal macro environment solution again.

Those who wish to see some who should be in jail on this continent might wish to watch “Freefall: the Downfall of Boeing” now on Netflix. (Premiered last night, probably be around for a while).
It names names, and shows how corrupt the company became following the departure of CEO Harry Stonecipher (not to include the short interim James Bell who came before Welch/GE protege Jim McNerney.)
It’s the most terrifying 90 minutes you’ll have, other than actually riding in a Boeing jet from their South Carolina plant.
