Remember the word Quisling.

Nazi Germany had various German clubs everywhere in the ‘30s. In Finland the German club tried to pull off a coup. The clubs were trained to take over the government of occupied countries.

Google gives this definition–

quis·ling
/'kwizliNG/

noun
a traitor who collaborates with an enemy force occupying their country.
“he had the Quisling owner of the factory arrested”
