Below Fair Value Return

I’ve seen a few articles about holding dividend champions as a group and outperforming the S&P 500 over time. IIRC about 1% per year but that adds up. Made me wonder, has anyone seen taking the champions, ranking by fair value, and buying the 10 that were most below fair value?

Or is it possible to get the data from David Fish’s/Justin Law’s back 20 years or so to run my own test?

Unfortunately those spreadsheets don’t include the valuation metric.
