I have always enjoyed Tom Bowley’s perspective and analysis. He also approaches things similarly to IBD with clearing the tables when things are getting sour. However, he goes into specific details and especially charts as to why he thinks things are turning down or up, rather than just stating a percent exposure. His perspective has helped me protect and grow my principle tremendously (when I do listen - life happens). Although, he has gotten a tad dramatic over the last couple years.

Lakedog, the percent expose is just the shorthand summary, if you watch the Friday video in particular, Mike Webster spends an hour and does a lot of TA of the charts.
For the first 15-20 minutes, they do the same basic review as each weekday, but Webby is the best. Then they switch to Webby’s TradeView charts where he talks about ATRs, the “Webby RSI”, regression lines, etc. You might enjoy it.

Actually, I have. For some years.
I’m not trying to say one is better than the other. I am simply trying to offer more perspective to folks. If they or you are not interested, just ignore it. Webby does talk TA even throwing in fibs, but I also appreciate hearing some potential etiology.
