# Brandywine Posts 2Q23 results and is up 9%

Brandywine (BDN) posted an EPS loss of $.08 and FFO of $.29. BDN projects FFO for 2023 of $1.14 to $1.18, so 2Q23 was inline of with what they expect for the remainder of the year.

I think it is time to start lightening up on both BDN and MPW, but will probably hold back on the KIM & KRC that I bought in the spring.
