I brought Brinks to the board a bit less than a month ago. Since that time BCO is up a little more than 11%.

Hi brittlerock,
Your post seemed actually more complete and comprehensive than the Seeking Alpha article. The author didn’t even seem to know that the explanation for the changes in policy was a new management team.
