Call option

Hi everyone!

I have one call option on LKNCY for $3 which is about to expire in a week or so. I’d like to buy those 100 stocks for $3. Do I need to do anything or will the call option automatically buy the stocks for me if I do nothing? I use IBKR.

If your option is in the money, then it should automatically take effect at the option’s expiration date.
