If the cost of the weed goes up, states that charge a percent of revenue in tax have a revenue increase. So the increased amount of money taken off of stoners, can be used to cover another “JC” tax cut. What’s not to like? That is certainly how it would go down in Michigan.

I just don’t see the problem with smoking a penguin in the privacy of your own home.
