Could SpaceX merge with Tesla

It occured to me that it might be possible for him, as leading shareholder in both companies (SpaceX and Tesla) to merge them and give a dramatic pop to Tesla shares.

Such a merger would not surprise me if either company falters, as Tesla is faltering now.

We’ll see if SpaceX combines with Tesla to paper over Tesla’s long and growing list of failures.

Tesla has quite the underperformance lately, down 23% ytd while QQQ is down 1-2% ytd.
