OrmontUS (my older brother, Jeff) has been an enthusiastic world cruise taker for years. He began a 6-month cruise last week. The rigor of the Covid control on the cruise was an important factor in his selection.
A voluntary program better be as rigorous as government guidelines or the cruise will find few takers.
