Disney stock is punished. 2025 leaps are cheap. I am beginning to accumulate them.
This is a low conviction buy with the hope that Iger will figure it out.
I am also adding to my TSLA leaps. This is a high conviction buy.

New leaps come out on 9/11. That doesn’t sound comforting.

I rarely trade brand new LEAPs, that’s because when they first come out, they are quite illiquid and I can never tell if the prices (selling or buying) are fair or not. I wait a few weeks until there’s been some volume and some real price discovery.

Why hurry? Disney has lots of headwinds. The price is interesting, but not stupid cheap.

The idea is to continue to accumulate even as the stock goes down.
I did this with TSLA; bought lots of leaps as the stock went from $180 down to $120 last year.
