Mentioned a pair of BW LPG (BWLP) transactions recently. Apparently, their VLGC rivals Dorian LPG (LPG) have also been transacting a little the last month or so. Like BWLP, some fleet recycling - one newbuild addition, three vessel sales.

LPG’s avg VLGC sale is around $85M - $86M per vessel. That’s likely more than the cost of the vessel when it was originally purchased (more than 10 years ago) - nice for Dorian. The BWLP folks probably wrung more value out of the 19 year ownership of their VLGC
