Economically-Inactive, Working Age Men

As a 30+ year veteran of “economic inactivity” from my mid to late-30’s, all I can say is that if working paid more and enjoyed the near zero tax rates afforded investment income and inherited wealth, I’d be more interested in a job.

But if I can create a middle-class income by doing a little tax planning and portfolio rebalancing for an hour or two the last week of the year, there’s no way that you’ll see me sitting in an office for 40+ hours a week. Return to the Office? F-that.
