Elastic has set its IPO terms, looking to raise slightly over $200 million, and expected to price between $26-$29. That would value the company richly at $1.8 to $2.02 Billion.
Before you ask, they did not specify a date! 
Hopefully soon and hopefully doesnt open at $60 a share.

Elastic intends to go public on October 4 - hopefully.
I’ve found the roadshow presentation - its a 21 min video featuring the CEO, CFO, and CRO (Revenue officer).
Helpful video, and makes understanding the company a little easier to see in a visual format, rather than the dry eye reading of a prospectus.

Any idea how Eastic plays against Alteryx? How about New Relic?
Yes, from what I’ve read, the company does offer APM as well as Big Data analytics. I believe these would be complimentary products that could be added to the enterprise search.
Is Elastic ipo today? Cannot find the stock price.
It is supposed to be priced tonight, and will start trading tomorrow.
