Hi,
With Windows 10, is there a way to encrypt and/or hide certain folders so they cannot be found or accessed if the computer falls into the wrong hands?

The upshot is Windows 10 Pro has encryption built-in, but if you use Windows 10 Home (as I suspect the OP does), you have to use a third party app. The 7-Zip app can sort of work for single file and folder encryption, but for whole drive encryption you need to install BitLocker (which is preinstalled on Windows 10 Pro) or VeraCrypt. Both of those products scare me.
