Took me a minute to figure out why ESEA’s share price had dropped about 10%. Did they pay a dividend recently?
Back in early Jan 2025, I had mentioned events developing at Euroseas (ESEA), where the company had started the process to sell its three oldest vessels to a subsidiary, Euroholdings. Well, during that time an opportunity fell into the company’s lap. An unrelated party offered ESEA a nice price for one of the three vessels.
In addition, ESEA picked up a nice charter on one of its existing vessels.
