I live in the EU, and I see most if not all recommendations are US-based. Would anyone be interested in starting an EU-focused list of recommendations?

You might want to check out TMF Germany, which can be found here:
There’s also a TMF UK, but of course, that’s not part of the EU anymore.
Unfortunately, there are not any Public Community discussion boards set up for regional investing. But you could click “Start a New Board” and request a board be created. I would suggest under the Investing Clubs category.
