Apparently Tesla’s going to launch their “Robotaxi” service in SF this weekend. So they probably do hold the testing permit (allowing tests of an AV system as long as there’s a driver in the driver’s seat), and they’re going to claim it’s a “Robotaxi” if that AV test with the safety driver carries a passenger.
