Foreign students are limiting wage inflation: Benjamin Tal
Benjamin Tal, deputy chief economist at CIBC, joins BNN Bloomberg and talks about that international students, who number over 600,000 in Canada at present, are an important source of labour, especially in low-wage sectors.
