He’s never dealt in evidence before.

Yea and 8 or 9 months from now he will get a bill in the mail from some guy , presumably a doctor that you have never heard of before and what he did other than stick his head in the door and say hello.

And he will choose not to pay and say "sue me’! It has worked for nearly 80 years.
