So this guy, who runs the Head of State Department of Ethics (U.S Office of Government Ethics) was fired. It is not clear, legally, he can be fired. He was confirmed by the Senate for 5 years. Why is this important. Because you know when Musk said that if he was doing something Unethical that someone would call him out? Well this is the guy who does that. Now let that sink in. Also there is a law that anyone who has a financial stake in the outcome of any decision, it stops you from participating. Well doesnât stop you if you are a criminal. But it makes it a crime. So is Elon a criminal now and needs a pardon?
