Easy/fast solution. Turn off the AC for ALL the politicians and bureaucrats. Tell them _they_ have to “do without” due to their incompetence. The AC will NOT be “on again” until the problems are fixed.

A similar thing happens in CA periodically when they have grid reliability or power supply issues. CA utilities also use “brownouts” far more often than TX utilities do.
