Long term investor here, been at it for a while, and the one thing I still find hard is keeping up with the sheer amount of market news every day. Earnings reports, Fed comments, tariff headlines, it is a lot to sort through before I even look at my watchlist.
Lately I have been testing a tool called ForceTrend. It scans financial news and ranks which stocks are getting the strongest news flow, and whether the signal leans up or down. I use it more as a filter than anything else, a way to see which names the market is actually paying attention to before I dig into the fundamentals.
Does anyone else here use news flow tools or screeners like that, or do you mostly stick to the fundamentals and ignore the noise? Would be interested in how other Fools approach it.
