My wife and I just finished a 4 week hike during the day and pub at 5 trip. We stayed with waterfront views in Weymouth and Falmouth while trekking the coastal path and a couple days on the moors near Okehampton. Ahh…those waterfront views!

I tried to buy a place in the south of France in 2008. I watched the savings shrink away during the financial meltdown and went home with my tail between my legs. I took what was left and bought BRK at 78k. I’ve rented here ever since while my uncle Warren took care of my savings.
Picking the few exceptions is a mug’s game, beyond sticking with generalities.
From my personal experience, it can be done once in about a hundred years
