Where you live has a lot to do with the inflation you’re experiencing, mostly because some areas are far more susceptible to rising transportation and housing costs.
It’s a rather broad brush analysis.
East South Central (MS, AL, KY, TN) region, is on the low inflation side with 7.9% inflation.
The Mountain states are feeling more inflation pain due to the highest (>10%) regional inflation.
