It is not a matter of actual matching. Doctors and hospitals do not get to price gouge private insurers because they are not Medicare.

Not gouging them. Charging them a “finder’s fee” for the realized savings. They do NOT have to pay the fee(s) if they do not use the lower rates (LOL !!).
