Even though my 2020 purchase is 50% higher, and covered calls and dividends together had resulted in decent returns, the last 3 years of 20% market returns and REIT’s struggled mightily since the end of ZIRP (which should not be a surprise), made this return looked bad.
This is the time of the year, I let go few positions and start cleaning and preparing for the next year. So had to let it go. I want to sell $VZ, which is actually a loss, but I am going to do that next year
