Yesterday they announce a new community in DFW. Today, it’s one in Albuquerque, NM. Now we stand at 78 communities while guidance was 75-80 by the end of 2017. Will we see an update to guidance next week. I think probably.

I just noticed the short interest on LGIH is over 35% according to marketwatch. I hadn’t been paying attention to that lately… is that higher than LGIH has been, or has it been consistently high? A short squeeze after a big quarter wouldn’t be the worst thing I can imagine :slight_smile:
