Do you have an estimate for quarterly earnings? I am at $1.40. High is estimate is $1.49 and median is $1.33 according to my broker. Market is jittery today, up awhile ago now down 3.5%.
I am at 507 closings for October, too. The market might not like those numbers, either.

I haven’t been estimating the earnings. I’ve been focused on forecasting that the home closings will continue to grow.
Yesterday, I sold some LGIH shares to buy some more ANET. My LGIH position is now about 6.6% of my portfolio. My ANET position is now about 10.6% of my portfolio.
