I used to hold Disney. What made me uncomfortable was management’s seeming attitude that, any time they want more profit, all they need to do is raise park prices, and people will pay it. Had more than a whiff of Radio Shack management’s attitude that their prices being 40% higher than other stores was a nonfactor, because people should be so happy to be allowed to buy RS product, they should be happy to pay the extra price.

20% of households can afford the luxuries very easily. Mind you only the top half of them will have enough to retire as things are going now.
That said
The Zs and Millennials do not use dollars for retirement yet. They have larger amounts of money to spend. It is without foresight for many of them.
In other words there is a huge public out there that can afford the luxuries even if they do not retire comfortably.

Of course, that’s still 67 million people who can afford the luxuries…
Not all of whom want to go to Disney of course.
