The problem with that is that we have a Turkish Bazaar health system, where every price for every customer is different. It’s like buying an airline seat, except without the transparency. (I make a joke.)
Oh how I long for the days when things had a price sticker on them, and you paid what the sticker said.
Heck, even with a sticker, you get an operation and find out after the fact that your anesthesiologist wasn’t “in network” after all, and you owe another $2000.
