He will have a hard time topping “heck of a job Brownie”. Remember, Brown being interviewed by Ted Coppel on “Nightline” about the hurricane damage in NOLA? Brown said he had done nothing, because he had not learned of the situation until that day. Coppel said “don’t you people have televisions?” as the media had been reporting on the situation for a day or more.

Duffy, Trump said Monday, “will make our skies safe again by eliminating DEI for pilots and air traffic controllers.” DEI refers to “diversity, equity and inclusion” programs.
This guy is serious. So he is expendable.
If nominated and confirmed, Lutnick would have a key role in trade at the Commerce Department, most notably heading up many enforcement efforts as well as likely leading the review process of any tariffs Trump aims to impose.
Let’s not forgot his impressive pole climbing skills!
It’s hard to take any of these nominations seriously.
I do worry about our DEI military…merit seems to be a better solution

I saw something on TV last night where they said the strategy appears to be have a Fox News host who looks good on TV as the Cabinet Secretary, and a #2 man in the Dept with more normal qualifications for the job. For example, Todd Blanche as Deputy Attorney General is a “real” attorney with the qualifications to lead the Dept…
