Airbus is testing an Airbus A350-1000 ULR on a flight from Melbourne to Toulouse, FR, but they’re flying the long way around the globe (14,000 miles, 24 hrs in the air)
I’m pretty sure they’re only going to do that once.

Can you imagine the passengers at the end of a 24 hr. flight? Woof.

I think my longest flight was SFO to Sydney, AU.. 17 hours? Had 1 other 10 hour flight on a prop job, HON to Kwajalein, Marshalls, originating here in OAK, but we overnighted in Hawaii, refuel, etc… SFO to Europe, over the top, not so bad…
Yeah, I saw the movie “Passengers”.
If Jennifer Lawrence is on the flight that would make it tolerable.
