Been trying to understand if NTNX does one time software sales and gets AMC or do they have some SAAS or recurring model. Havent been able to get a good sense on this yet. any one else has some idea on this aspect

Nutanix never had much in the way of recurring software revenue before. They have been paid 1x for each node they are installed on. I doubt they could push a much higher price onto their OEM partners. I do not know what terms they are giving, however, to their direct sales customers. That might be interesting.
They do, like all other such vendors, get recurring maintenance fees.
Good question to see if anything has changed in regard.
