Nutanix metamorphosed from a HW company to a SW company. This is not easy to achieve, even in unrelated products. Think about Sun. They developed java, which is ubiquitous, but could not transform the company to a software company. Whereas Nutanix did this transformation on their core product and this transformation happened in a blink of an eye, while retaining their customers, and making sure their customers are not impacted is no small feat.
I think Pandey and Nutanix did a wonderful job on this.
