I got an official looking letter today on the “2027 Medicare Help and Savings Plan” and was excited to open it hoping to find some top bracket IRMAA relief.

I was disappointed to learn that it was just the first mailing of the season from a Medicare Advantage broker.

Ain’t going to happen. If your income exceeds the IRMAA bracket by even $1 you are stuck.
