Investors should pare their Treasury bond holdings because the U.S. will avoid a recession, BlackRock said in a research note, weighing in on the recent downturn talk currently being debated on the Street. “Economic indicators this week may show the U.S. economy experienced a mild slowdown but is not headed for a recession,” according to the world’s largest money manager.
