The stock is trading at $1.04, and the tender offer is for $2.5? And there are no minimum or other conditions. So what is the catch? What are we missing? ---

Odd lot priority, so buy 99 shares or less and tender them all. Can only do this once per person. Always a chance that they pull it. Jim ---
