…..reporting nearly $10k of Medicare fraud. Namely, 300 urinary catheters billed monthly from July to October. The issue had already been flagged and dealt with (the numbers plus lack of diagnostic code) Very easy to handle, but for the voice recognition stuff at the beginning…..it didn’t seem to help no matter how loud I shouted….and the representative who I spoke to was very effusive in his thanks for taking the time to do this.
