Did The Murph for the 10th time this year. For those that don’t know, it is a CrossFit Hero Workout plus a fundraiser. The workout is: 1 mile, 100 pull-ups, 200 pushups, 300 squats, 1 mile, all with a 20 pound weight vest. My time was 1:22:24. Getting slower but Father Time hasn’t caught me yet.
