Probably in China.

In the US? Probably in TX. Not likely to build one in downtown Boston, right? Or downtown DC. Or anywhere in CA. Lots of space in TX. After all the giant power lines out to the weat are finished, to haul back the wind and solar, might as well use them to bring power to the DFW Metroplex, to Austin/San Antonio and Houston.

Nuclear power plants produce the most power. 7 of the top power plants in the country, for MWH generated per year - are nuclear.
