I am an extrovert.

Needs companionship is a good thing. I have gained a very thick skin. More important I have gained a lot of insight into other people. Understanding people is very comforting to them and myself.

I have also gained the ability to master conflict, not as a political tool to get along and minimize conflict. Mastering conflict means understanding the central truths and not running from them. Human beings run from the truth. Central truths are different. Human beings stray from central truths for their own agendas.
