PEGA is it time to load up ?

I have been invested in PEGA for a few years now and its been trying to transition form a license based to SAAS company in CRM and BPM space. In a simpler term they help the front line staff manage customer service, cross sell and up sell and manage Operations for e.g. for a Insurance company how to make sure they ask the right questions to manage a claim and also sell. They have had an issue consistently with revenue meet and beat etc while transitioning to a cloud model . They have a significant part of their revenue almost half in recurring form and this may be a good opp for people to get into this as the story turns into a steady revenue model.
