President in excellent cognitive and physical health

Maybe it is, still more questions. Who do you think is writing the script?

Accepting the crazy things said and done, chalking it up to bluster to maintain an illusion of toughness is problematic. So much of our national interests are dependent on trust. The US has quickly devolved into one of the least trustworthy countries in the world.

Cognitively healthy, physically healthy, psychologically…?

We are run by a person who has never understood the notion of, or value of, trust. So there’s your answer.

As I’ve posted before, I see him more as a mafia don than a conman.

I gave up on Maher many years ago. He just became less funny to me. He strikes me as being predictable and pompous with a heavy dose of misogynistic behavior. It’s not the least bit of a shock that he fell for Trump’s shtick. Apparently, lots of people do.

Carlin was more my cup of tea. He always made me laugh, even when he was making fun of something I believed in. Very smart humor that made you think. I don’t think you’d ever find him being taken in by a con artist like Trump.

Or he sees personal profit in toeing the line.

He is both: conman to those immediately around him who end up cooing and purring like Maher, and mafia don to the nation.
